One of the tenets of CrossFit is – “routine is the enemy”. That’s why our workouts are constantly varied, exposing us to a broad range of challenges, through which a broad, general fitness is built.
However, that tenet does not allude to the frequency that we train! And, considering the amount of variation in our workouts, you’ve got to come in often enough to get a well rounded training regime.
The next time you find yourself wondering, “How many days a week should I be attending CrossFit classes?”, know that the answer is – as many as you can! You won’t reap all the benefits of CrossFit coming in just three times a week. This is a bare minimum.
Should you come in if you are sore or a little tired? YES. Our WODS can always be scaled, and our coaches will always be there to help you modify the WOD to your needs on any given day.
We recommend working out 4-5 times per week. Athletes that come 3x a week or less do not see NEAR the results as our consistent 5+/week members. The days/weeks/months of workouts are planned in a way that they don’t interfere with each other. So, show up any day and, the coaches will take care of the rest.
As it is with most things worth achieving in life, fitness requires commitment and consistency.
3 days a week is better than 0 or 1 day a week, but trust us, you will see better AND faster results coming 4-5+ days a week.

Attendance on PushPress! When you sign in for a class AND the coach marks you as having attended, that counts as a visit. If you do not sign in or if the coach does not mark you as having attended, this visit will not count.
“What if I forget to reserve a Spot?”
Sadly , The session won’t count!
See you in class!!
