CROSSFIT MONKEY FLAG
At Monkey Flag, we train our athletes in with the CrossFit methodology in mind. From weightlifting and running to bodyweight exercises, we use all elements of the CrossFit method to develop a general physical preparedness (GPP) so that they can tackle any challenge or adventure that they face, for as long into their lives as possible.
We take the goal of keeping you happy, healthy and functional for life, very seriously! For this, we ensure to follow constantly varied programming that is – include a range of equipment, skills, time limits in the workouts. We layer all this with coaches that care about your progress!
Our classes have camaraderie, support and some competitiveness to keep you challenging yourself in a safe, and fun environment!
CrossFIT GROUP CLASS
Our 60 min classes that follow the posted workout of the day (WOD). These workouts include elements from weightlifting, running, rowing, biking, gymnastics etc.
Expect to be coached by our coaches and supported by your fellow athletes!
